Rejuvenating Med Spa is focused on delivering a consistent, rejuvenating experience.
To uphold this we strive to:
- Notify you with-in 48 hours prior to confirm your appointment.
- Allow enough time for every appointment so we are on time
for you.
- Provide you with educated and professional providers.
In Return We Ask That You:
- Please do not bring children to your spa treatments so
we can provide a peaceful environment.
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
- Silence your cell phones, pagers and radios before entering
the spa.
- Hold conversations to a considerate volume.
- Secure your valuables. At Cape Fear Aesthetics, will not
be responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Undress to a level of comfort for body services, your
therapist will keep your body draped in all services and
only expose area to be worked upon. Swimsuits are optional
in some of these services.
- Allow the therapist to perform a service as reserved and
timed.
- Give the provider feedback as to your comfort and special
troubled areas.
- Know that you may be silent or quietly talkative.
- Share public space respectfully with other spa clients.
- Relax, yet respect that the room must be prepared and
used for the next client; so know that you must vacate treatment
room upon completion of service within a reasonable amount
of time.
- Give honest feedback to the provider, owner, concierge,
etc., as operation personnel cares to know if your spa experience
was as expected.
Gratuity
As in all service-related businesses it is common practice
to tip the person who has done a good job to the satisfaction
of the customer. The rule of thumb in spas is 15% - 20%
of the cost of service. Cape Fear Aesthetics will provide
a gratuity envelope with your therapists name at the front
desk when checking out.
Unacceptable Behavior
What client behavior would be considered bad manners? When
should a guest be removed from the spa?
- Lewd or inappropriate behavior
- Inebriated
- Demeaning and abusive behavior toward concierge or providers.
- Guest insisting upon services without an appointment when
spa is fully booked.
Appointments
Pre-booking is essential for both weekday and weekend treatments.
To ensure requested appointment time it is recommended you
make your appointment 3-4 weeks in advance.
Cancellations
Cape Fear Aesthetics wants to offer our clients access to
available appointments, and at the same time, retain our great
employees by allowing them to maintain a steady flow of business.
In order to do this we ask for a minimum 24-hour cancellation
notice for any one single service, and 48 hour notice for multiple spa services/packages. In the event that sufficient notice
is not provided, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. If
there is a no-show, no-notification, 100% of the services
will be charged.
In lieu of our cancellation policy, all spa services require
credit card information on file to complete the reservation.
If you do not wish to provide credit card information, you
may come in and prepay for your service(s), and make your
reservation at that time. Services being paid with a gift
card/certificate also require credit card information prior
to completing the reservation.
Gift Cards/Gift Certificates
SpaFinder gift certificates are accepted at Cape Fear Aesthetics.
All issued Cape Fear Aesthetics gift cards have a one year
expiration date from the date of purchase. We are not responsible,
nor will your gift card be replaced if it is lost, stolen,
or used without your permission. Gift cards are not refundable
and cannot be redeemed for cash. Please feel free to call
our concierge to obtain your gift card status at 910.323.3757.
Product Guarantee and Return Policy
We are committed to home care results for your skin, body,
and nails. If you are not satisfied with a product purchased
please notify us with-in 2 weeks so our trained providers
can assist you with an alternative to meet your needs. |
